SPONSORSHIP
The CDWBA has annual events for which we rely on sponsorships for support. Please see below for details and pay rate. To sponsor an event, click on the Sponsorship Link, or send a check payable to CDWBA to Administrative Director, CDWBA, P.O. Box 3747, Albany, NY 12203. Please include your organization’s name, contact person and contact information, including email and phone. A CDWBA committee member will contact you with the requirements for the logo. INSTALLATION DINNER 2026
CDWBA’s annual Installation Dinner will be held on August 13, 2026. If you are interested in sponsoring this event, you may do so below or mail in your payment here. Please note all sponsorships must be received by a date June 1, 2026 for your organization to be included on the mailed invitations.
PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP – $1,250
Your organization’s name featured on a sponsor card mailed with the invitation; acknowledgement on our website; your organization featured as the Platinum sponsor in the program; Your organization featured prominently as the Platinum sponsor on signage at the event entrance and on stage; one full page ad (valued at $150) in a premium section of the program; three (3) complementary tickets to the Dinner; and acknowledgement of your organization from the podium as the platinum sponsor.
GOLD SPONSORSHIP – $800
Your organization’s name featured on a sponsor card mailed with the invitation; your organization recognized as a sponsor in the program; one full page ad (valued at $150) in the program; two (2) complementary tickets to the Dinner; and acknowledgement of your organization from the podium.
SILVER SPONSORSHIP – $500
Your organization’s name featured on a sponsor card mailed with the invitation; your organization recognized as a sponsor in the program; one half page ad (valued at $75) in the program; and one (1) complementary ticket to the Dinner.
BRONZE SPONSORSHIP – $400
Your organization’s name featured on a sponsor card mailed with the invitation; your organization recognized as a sponsor in the program; and one (1) complementary ticket to the Dinner.
ANNUAL JUDICIAL RECEPTION 2026
CDWBA’s keystone event, the annual JUDICIAL RECEPTION, is April 14, 2026, at City Hall in Albany. Annually, there are approximately 150 people in attendance, including 35-plus members of the judiciary. The deadline to sponsor this event is COB April 1, 2026.
PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP – $1,250
Your organization’s name and logo will appear prominently on the bar; a separate poster will be displayed at the reception entrance with your organization’s name or logo; your organizations name and logo will be included on our event promotional materials and our website; and 3 complimentary tickets to the Reception.
GOLD SPONSORSHIP – $800
Your organization’s name or logo displayed on an individual, separate poster located prominently at the Reception entrance; your organizations name and logo will appear on our event promotional materials and on our website; and two complimentary tickets to the Reception.
SILVER SPONSORSHIP – $500
Your organization’s name or logo displayed on our “Thank you to our sponsors” poster located prominently at the Reception; Your organizations name and logo will appear on our event promotional materials; and one complimentary ticket to the Reception.
