President
Susanne H. Dolin, Esq.

Susanne Dolin is an Associate Attorney in the Office of Legal Affairs of the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance.  Since March 2005, she has been assigned to work with the Division of Child Support Enforcement on the review and implementation of child support policy and legislation.  Ms. Dolin has presented at CLE programs sponsored by the Division of Child Support Enforcement, the New York Public Welfare Association and the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Enforcement Association, on various issues including medical support enforcement, ethics for child support attorneys, bankruptcy law and QDROs.

Prior to state service, Ms. Dolin worked for the law firm of Deily, Mooney & Glastetter, LLP located in Albany, New York, concentrating in contract litigation and bankruptcy litigation for primarily commercial creditors.  Ms. Dolin commenced her legal career as a litigation associate with the Albany law firm of DeGraff, Foy, Kunz & Devine, LLP where she practiced in the areas of matrimonial and family law, trusts and estates litigation, and general commercial litigation.  In 1996, Ms. Dolin received her BA cum laude from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts and, in 1999, received her JD cum laude from Albany Law School.  She was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2000.  
 
Ms. Dolin has been an active member of the Capital District Women’s Bar Association since 1999, serving on several committees over the years, as a member of the Board from 2002 to 2005, and as an Officer since 2007.  From 2007 - 2008, she served on the initial Advisory Board for the Albany affiliate of Dress for Success which promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire and career development tools, and currently volunteers for the Bethlehem Soccer Club as an assistant coach for a kindergarten soccer team.

Cara J. Broussueau, Esq.

Cara Brousseau is the Deputy Executive Director & Counsel to the New York State Board of Law Examiners.  Prior to joining the Board, Ms. Brousseau served as a personal law clerk to the Hon. Susan P. Read of the New York State Court of Appeals.  She began her legal career in an Albany law firm where she practiced primarily in the areas of health care law and general civil litigation.  Ms. Brousseau is a cum laude graduate of Albany Law School, and has a Master’s of Public Administration from Rockefeller College at the University of Albany.  She has served as a CDWBA Board member, and has been a chair and member of numerous CDWBA committees.  Ms. Brousseau lives in Slingerlands with her husband, Shawn Brousseau, and her two wonderful daughters, Abby (6) and Megan (3).  


First Vice President
Justine Spada, Esq.

Justine Spada has been a partner with her father, Eugene R. Spada, at The Spada Law Firm since her admission to the bar.  Her areas of practice include divorce, family law, medical malpractice, and personal injury.  She has been a Law Guardian for the Schenectady County Family Court since her admission.  She received her Juris Doctor in 1993 from Western New England College School of Law.  She graduated cum laude from Union University in 1990.  
 
Ms. Spada has been a board member of the Capital District Women’s Bar Association and its Legal Project for many years.  She was one of the founding members of the Legal Project Board of Directors and chairs the Solo Practitioner’s Committee.  She has taken numerous cases for the Legal Project and has continuously supported and participated in its clinics and assisted victims of domestic violence in family court matters and divorce.  She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Albany County Bar Association.  She resides in East Greenbush where she is a member of the Town of East Greenbush Ethics Board.


 
Second Vice President
April M. Wilson, Esq.

April Wilson is an Associate Attorney with the law firm of McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C.  Ms. Wilson practices primarily in the areas of matrimonial and family court, plaintiff’s personal injury, criminal defense litigation and the defense of professionals in disciplinary matters.  
 
Prior to joining the McNamee firm in 2010, Ms. Wilson worked as an associate attorney for the Albany firms of Dreyer Boyajian LLP from 2005 - 2010 and O'Connell & Aronowitz from 2001 – 2005.  During law school, Ms. Wilson interned with the Hon. George B. Ceresia in the New York State Supreme Court in 1999.  She was admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2002, the U.S. District Court Northern District of New York in 2002, the U.S. District Court District of Vermont in 2007, the U.S. Supreme Court in 2008, the U.S. Court of Appeals For the Second Circuit in 2010 and the U.S. District Court District of Massachusetts in 2010.
 
Ms. Wilson is a 2001 cum laude graduate of Albany Law School, where she served on the executive board of the Albany Law Review as a Note and Comment Editor.  She graduated cum laude from the New York State University at Albany in 1998 and from Hudson Valley Community College in 1996.  
 
Ms. Wilson has been an active member of the Capital District Women’s Bar Association since 2002, serving  on several committees over the years, as a member of the Board from 2006 to 2010.  She is also affiliated with the American Association for Justice, New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association, New York State Defenders Association, Capital District Women's Bar Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers Association and Albany County Bar Association.  She has published monthly articles in the Sidebar newsletter from 2005 to 2008, the Albany County Bar Association newsletter from 2007 to 2008, and has been a guest lecturer at Albany Law School.  Ms. Wilson was also the recipient of the Steve Coffey's Community Legal Leaders award in 2006.
 

 
Linda B Johnson

Linda B. Johnson, Esq.

Linda B. Johnson is Special Counsel to the Binghamton law firm of Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP, and is the sole attorney in the firm's Capital District office.  Ms. Johnson initially joined the firm in 2003 as a member of the commercial litigation department. She rejoined the firm in 2010 after serving as an appellate court attorney for the New York State Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Third Judicial Department from 2009-2010. Ms. Johnson has focused her practice on appeals, commercial litigation, construction disputes, plaintiff's personal injury, real property disputes and debtor-creditor matters. Ms. Johnson has extensive in-court trial, negotiation and mediation experience, and has been instrumental in the settlement of substantial civil cases.
 
 Ms. Johnson is on the assigned appellate counsel panel of the New York State Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Third Judicial Department. She is an editor and monthly author for the Broome County Bar Association's "Bar Notes" publication. In April 2011, Ms. Johnson was appointed by the New York State Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Third Judicial Department to serve on the Character & Fitness Committee for the Sixth Judicial District for a 5-year term.  Ms. Johnson is a member of the Capital District Women’s, Broome County, Rensselaer County, and New York State Bar Associations.
 
In 2002, Ms. Johnson was admitted to practice law in the courts of New York State, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, the New Jersey State Court, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.  In 2011, she was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States.  Ms. Johnson obtained her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2001, and was an editor of the Albany Law Review.  She graduated from Siena College in 1996, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.  Ms. Johnson resides in West Sand Lake with her husband, Heath, and their two daughters

Jennifer K. Corona, Esq.

Jennifer Corona is of counsel to Lombardi, Walsh, Wakeman, Harrison, Amodeo & Davenport, P.C. where she practices primarily in the area of matrimonial and family law, real estate, business and general civil litigation.  Ms. Corona, a lifelong resident of the Capital District, graduated from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts with a B.A. in political science and psychology and received her law degree from Albany Law School.  She is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts and U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York.  Ms. Corona has served as a CDWBA Board member for five years and has been a co-chair and member of numerous CDWBA committees.  She also serves on the Board of Directors of The Legal Project.
 
Ms. Corona was the recipient of the 2004 Kurt Clobridge Memorial Award for pro bono service awarded by The Legal Project for her commitment to volunteerism and her participation in Legal Project programs.
 
Ms. Corona lives in Loudonville with her husband, Patrick, and their daughter Meara.

Rebekah Nellis Kennedy, Esq.

Rebekah Nellis Kennedy is an Attorney for the Town of Colonie, where she concentrates in municipal litigation, torts litigation, local law drafting, land use and planning law, and SEQRA. She has presented at various training sessions on zoning board of appeals procedures and ethics, planning board procedures and ethics, and SEQRA. Ms. Kennedy previously worked for D’Agostino, Krackeler, Maguire & Cardona, PC, primarily handling motion and appellate practice in the areas of medical malpractice, insurance, and municipality defense. Ms. Kennedy began her career as an Appellate Court Attorney for the Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department. She is a 2007 magna cum laude graduate of Albany Law School, and a 2004 graduate of the University at Albany.
 
In the Capital District Women’s Bar Association, Ms. Kennedy is an active member of the Diversity and Gender Fairness and Newsletter Committees, and Co-Chair of the Mentoring Committee. She has been on the Board of Directors since 2010. Ms. Kennedy regularly volunteers for Equinox, The Legal Project, and other organizations which assist survivors of domestic violence. She is a member of the Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department’s Committee for Character and Fitness, and also serves as the Mock Trial Coach for the Academy of the Holy Names in Albany.
 
Ms. Kennedy lives in Colonie with her husband, Edward C. Kennedy, Jr., and their three cats.

 
 
Administrative Director
Wendy K. Page  

Wendy Page began serving as Administrative Director for the Capital District Women’s Bar Association in September of 2010, after handling public relations duties for the association’s Family-Friendly Employment Awards in April, 2010. In addition to working with the CDWBA, Ms. Page writes articles appearing monthly in the four Times Union magazines: life@home, HealthyLife, Explore, and VOW. She handles public relations for Mooradians furniture and New York Light Energy, among others, plus teaches “How to Be a Journalist” to first, second and third graders every March through Shenendehowa Advocates for Gifted Education (SAGE)’s Saturday Scholars program.  
 
Ms. Page graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Cornell University in 1986, and received a Masters of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from Emerson College in 1991. She began her career at the Associated Press in New York City, worked as the Producer’s Assistant for Robert Redford’s producing partner in Los Angeles, and as Executive Assistant to New York Times bestselling author Barbara Delinsky in Boston. Once Ms. Page and her family moved to the Capital Region in 2003, she wrote for the Saratoga Business Journal and the Glens Falls Business Journal. Ms. Page lives in Clifton Park with her husband, Christopher, and her two sons.
